PaperShell appoints Louise Kathrine Dedichen to advisory board
Dedichen has held key military leadership roles in international defense cooperation, including serving as Head of Norway’s Military Delegation to NATO and the EU from 2020 to 2024, where she worked on military operations, preparedness, and security policy. She has also led the Norwegian Defence University College, driving significant reforms in military education, and held various senior positions in the Norwegian Armed Forces, contributing to strategic defense initiatives and operational improvements.
